March 15: Fabulous Finds

I got to the homestead Wednesday, settled in Thursday, and got up before the sun to go to tag sales Friday and Saturday with a group from the homestead. Today I could barely walk the length of the bus. My knees hurt up to my hips, into my lower back, and down my calves. Bad enough that I actually took something for the pain.

I picked up and put down candles and mason jars, but five skeleton keys came home with me, along with a small brass bell, a bedspread to cover the couch, a patchwork quilt, a new hammock sized feather pillow, a tiny Wizard of Oz lunch box, a box of affirmations, pencils, a canvas, blueberry jelly and banana jam, an unlined journal, and some witchy stickers. I lusted over a large cauldron for a great price that I couldn’t justify no matter how hard I tried. Thankfully, Renee, here at the homestead, bought it, so I’ll get to admire it when I’m here.

I am reviewing my last “real” book and will be getting some eBooks to review for PaganPages. I’m also deciding what egg(s) to work with on Ostara. I have farm eggs, marble eggs, crystal eggs, wooden eggs, and a ceramic one that opens. They are my go-to for many a manifestation. I also can’t imagine Ostara without candy eggs spring flowers, so I’ll be going to the store as soon as I can walk normally again.
